United Color of Benetton - Race Campaign

The campaign started in 1989. The United Color of Benetton ( UCB) itself is a brand of clothing line. Under the group called Benetton, together with other big brand such as Sisley and Playlife. They Race campaign has won many international photography and advertising awards and has also been the cause of many arguments and controversies. 

Benetton touched on the idea that, sometimes, to be accepted by one's own race is not always easy. Such was the case for a back albino girl being stared at by members of her own tribe.
